Richard Huggins’ portfolio immediately stood out to us when my husband and I were looking for a real estate photographer. And we were even more impressed with the photos he took of our property. The house was completely empty, but he made it feel bright, spacious, warm, and inviting, while also capturing the flow of the rooms and the features that make the property special. Honestly, the photos made us start wondering why we were selling it at all!
Professional, punctual, responsive, and very clear in his communication, Richard made the entire process easy and stress-free. In our case, he even delivered the finished photos the same day, which was far faster than we expected. He also offered thoughtful suggestions for marketing the property. It genuinely felt as though he cared about helping us market the house and not just completing a photography job.
